Furthermore, with the purchase of our Bat Rolling service, you acknowledge that your bat should not be used in sanctioned events, leagues, or associations that do not permit this process. We strongly recommend verifying with your league director to ensure the process is permitted. We will not be held liable for any misuse of rolled bats.
Upon the conclusion of our transaction, and after your bat has been inspected and cleaned by Bat Rolling Express, you are reaffirming your acceptance of our disclaimer. You also agree not to use your bat if it is not authorized for use in your specific league or association.
